Refund and Cancellation Policy
Operated by Ehlore Ltd., registered in Antigua and Barbuda (“casenya”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
This Policy applies to all bookings made directly through our website (www.casenya.com) or via direct communication with our representatives.
We understand that plans can change. To maintain fairness to both guests and property owners, casenya™ applies a Moderate Cancellation to all bookings.
Refund Schedule
- 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival.
- 50% refund for cancellations occurring at least 7 days before arrival.
- No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.
- A grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of booking.
No-shows and early depatures are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
Requests to modify booking dates or guest details will be accommodated where possible and subject to property availability.
Rate differences, minimum stay requirements, or seasonal pricing may apply to the amended reservations.
Changes made within the non-refundable period may not be eligible for refund or credit.
In the event of a force majeure, including butnot limited to natural disasters, government travel restrictions, pandemics, orother events beyond reasonable control, payments made are non-refundable.
However, casenya may, at its discretion, offer a rebookingcredit valid for 12 months from the original arrival date, subject toavailability and applicable seasonal rates.
In the rare event that casenya must cancel a confirmed booking (e.g., due to unforeseen property issues), guest will receive either:
- A full refund of all amounts paid, or
- Assistance in rebooking at an equivalent casenya property, where available.
This constitutes casenya's entire liability, and no further claims will be accepted.
Refunds are generally processed within 10-14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institutions involved.
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, weather disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
casenya is not responsible for losses resulting from unclaimed or denied insurance coverage.
