By booking a stay or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations and guest stays arranged directly through the casenya website (www.casenya.com) or through direct communication with casenya representatives.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of all guests included in your reservation.
casenya operates as a curated rental, property management ,and concierge company representing privately owned villas and condos in Antigua and Barbuda.
Each property listed on our website is privately owned. casenya acts as the management and booking representative for therse properties.
All staysare subeject to the specific conditions and availability of the property booked.
All bookings must be made directly through the casneya website or authorized representatives.
To secure a reservation, payment must be made using an accepted electronic payment platform or bank transfer.
Rservations are confirmed once payment has been successfully received and written confirmation has been issued by casenya.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not recieved within the specified time frame or if fraudulant or unauthroized activity is suspected.
Guests agree to:
- Treat the property, its contents, and surrounding with care and respect.
- Comply with all local laws, noise regulations, and community guidelines.
- Occupy the property solely for short-term residential purposes, including vacation, leisure, or business stays.
- Immediately report any damage, malfucntion, or issue to the casenya team.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during their stay.
By completing a reservation, guests authorize casenya to charge the payment method on file to recover costs related to such incidents if necessary.
casenya reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if guests breach these conditions or engage in behaviour that endagers others, causes property damage, or disturbs neighboring properties.
Standard check-in and check-out times are communicated in the booking confirmation.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
casenya offers a range of optional concierge services, including airport tranfers, grocery pres-stocking, private chefs, excursions and wellness experiences. These services are subject to availability and may require advance notice and seperate payment.
All third-party services are provided at the guest's own risk and casenya is not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues arising from external providers.
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and pleasant stay, casenya and the property owners accept no liability for:
- Personal injury, illness, loss or damage to guests or the belonging during their stayl
- Failure of public utilities, temporary defects, or maintenance issues beyond reasonable control;
- Acts of negligence by third-party service providers engaged by guests.
Guests are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers accommodation cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda. Any disputes arising from bookings, stays, or use of the casenya website shall fall under the exclusive jurdisdictions of the courts of Antigua and Barbuda.
